All returns must be made within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.  Please contact sales@nycpilotshop.com to receive an RMA.  Item(s) must be returned in  the same condition as received and must be shipped using a traceable method.  Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  All warranties or guarantees presented will be honored by the respective manufacturer(s).
